Errors and their solutions​

Error “The cheat menu does not open in the game”. Solution:​

错误：“游戏内菜单无法打开”。解决方法：

  • Make sure your computer and game are properly prepared before using the cheat:

  • Restart your computer, disable Windows security services

重启电脑，禁用 Windows 安全服务。

  • Start the game, set the game window mode to “Windowed” in the game settings (windowed means windowed with a frame, regardless of whether there is full-screen support or not, set the windowed mode temporarily)

启动游戏，在游戏设置中将窗口模式设置为 “Windowed / 窗口化”（窗口化指带边框的窗口模式，不管是否支持全屏，都先临时设置为窗口化）。

  • Restart the Internet (router / modem). Repeat the launch of the cheat in accordance with its instructions, there should be no problems.

Re-launch the loader and make an injection, there should no longer be an error.

  • If time synchronization did not work, you need to use a VPN to launch, install any VPN, select any country from the CIS, ideally Russia, after the VPN is working, repeat the launch procedure, the error should no longer occur. Also, DO NOT disable the VPN after launching the cheat and during the game.

  • You need to go back to the very beginning of the instructions, to the "Preparing your computer" section, then you should uninstall the following programs: Faceit, Riot Vanguard and any other similar programs. After uninstalling, clear the "Temp" folder, how to do this, read here: https://altarena.ru/kak-ochistit-papku-temp-v-windows-10-avtomaticheski/. After deleting and cleaning the recycle bin and the "Temp" folder, restart your computer and run the cheat again, there should be no error!

Error "Failed to get ready Signal or Failed Signal". Solution:​

  • You need to restart your computer and repeat the launch process according to the instructions just above, and after the loader automatically closes, in case of a successful injection, you need to IMMEDIATELY launch the game and after loading the game, in the main menu, click on the "home" button to call up the menu, the menu opens in the upper left corner of the game window.

If you get this error again, try using a VPN to launch the cheat and play with it, to do this, do the following:

  • After successfully connecting to the VPN and changing your IP address, run the cheat loader and perform an injection;

In case of successful injection, DO NOT disconnect the VPN, launch the game, wait until it is fully loaded and if the cheat menu opens in the upper left corner of the game window after pressing the "Home" key, disconnect the VPN.

  • If you have disabled Windows protection and removed the antivirus and you still get an error when starting, download a new loader from the link: https://mason-hacks.orion-security.pro/launcher, using your key, then move the loader file to drive "C", and repeat the launch, the error should no longer occur.

  • You need to install the "Microsoft Visual C++" libraries, download the missing elements from the link: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe, after downloading, run the installation file, wait for the installation to complete, then restart the computer, then make sure that you have disabled Windows protection or any other antivirus, then repeat the program launch according to the instructions just above.

Your provider has blocked the IP connection to the program server. If your Internet has a dynamic IP address, reboot the router to change the IP address and re-launch the loader. If you have a static IP address, use a VPN to launch the loader and inject, if the injection is successful, you can turn off the VPN and launch the game.

You have antiviruses installed and blocking the launch: Kaspersky, Avast, AVG and similar or anti-cheats: Faceit, Riot Vanguard. You need to remove them using a special program: Revo Uninstaller, you can download it here: https://www.softportal.com/software-6084-revo-uninstaller.html, video instructions for using Revo Uninstaller: https://youtu.be/fhokBxlplpM. After deleting, be sure to restart your computer and try launching again.

  • Make sure that you do not have spaces or extra characters in the input line, you are using the correct key;

Return to your personal account of the Oplata.info payment system and copy your key from the product description by clicking on the corresponding button, then return to the loader again and right-click on the key input field and select "Paste".

  • Open the section: Uninstall programs

In the list of installed programs, look for: anti-cheats “Faceit, Riot Vanguard or something similar”, antiviruses “Kaspersky, Avast, Avira, ESET and similar”, if you have these anti-cheats installed, remove them using the Revo Uninstaller program, a link to the program and instructions for using it in the first step of our instructions "Preparing your computer", Antiviruses “Kaspersky, Avast, Avira” must be removed exclusively using official special utilities for removal, you can download them from the website of the antivirus developer.

  • Restart your router / modem and then repeat the download procedure for the loader.

Error "Unknown error" when downloading the loader on the page: https://mason-hacks.orion-security.pro/launcher. Solution:​

  • Restart your router / modem, disable Windows security services from the instructions above in preparing the computer, disable or remove any third-party antiviruses, then repeat the download procedure for the loader, if the error persists, use a different browser to download.

重启路由器 / 调制解调器，按照上方“准备电脑”的说明禁用 Windows 安全服务，禁用或删除任何第三方杀毒软件，然后重新下载加载器。如果错误仍然存在，请换一个浏览器下载。

Your version of Windows is an outdated build and is not supported by the cheat, you need to: update to a newer version or perform a clean installation of Windows, then install all the necessary drivers and components and repeat the launch, the error will no longer occur.

and paste it into the command line window and press the “Enter” key, then close the console and repeat the launch of the cheat according to its instructions, if the error persists, you need to “enable Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI)” according to the instructions: https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/ru/articles/360033276851-How-to-enable-Windows-WMI-management-instrumentation-. Error “Loader does not start, after running it as administrator, nothing happens.” Solution:​

Error “Loader does not start, no response after running the loader file as administrator.” Solution:​
